Nasabah dapat melakukan transakasi non-tunai seperti cek saldo, transfer maupun melihat histori transaksi secara Real time dengan biaya yang sangat murah. Kali ini saya akan membahas bagaimana cara mendapatkan layanan ini dan cara registrasinya.

Syarat mendapatkan layanan MuamalatMobile

• Memiliki rekening di Bank Muamalat (Shar-E atau Tabungan Ummat) atau kartu ATM Muamalat yang bisa anda dapatkan dengan relatif murah yaitu Rp.125,000 dan sudah terdapat saldo Rp.100,000 yang bisa anda ambil via ATM. Untuk mendafatkan kartu ATM Muamalat anda kunjungi bank muamalat terdekat atau anda bisa mendapatkanya di kantor pos terdekat
• Menggunakan ponsel memiliki fasilitas GPRS atau ponsel yang ada pasilitas internetnya
• Menggunakan Ponsel yang telah support javaplatform versi MIDP 2.0 atau ponsel yang bisa ditambah atau diisi aplikasi lain dengan extensi jar atau jad

Setelah semua syarat terpenuhi dan untuk mendapatkan pasilitas MuamalatMobile lakukan langkah-langkah sebagai berikut:

• Aktifkan dahulu fasilitas GPRS kartu selular Anda
• Sesuaikan setting GPRS di ponsel dengan kartu selular yang dipakai
• Pastikan ponsel Anda adalah ponsel dengan kualifikasi MIDP 2 (mendukung aplikasi berextensi jar atau jad)
• Download aplikasi MuamalatMobile di www.muamalat-mobile.com buka alamat tersebut dari browser standard ponsel anda supaya merek dan type ponsel anda langsung terdeteksi agar aplikasi sesuai dengan ponsel anda, jika ponsel anda tidak terdeteksi pilih manual merek dan type sesuai ponsel anda.
• Install aplikasi yang anda download ke ponsel anda.

Setelah aplikasi MuamalatMobile diinstall jalankan aplikasi dan langsung melakukan pendaftaran atau registrasi seperti langkah-langkah dan contoh gambar berikut:


Penjelasan gambar dan langkah-langkahnya:

• Pilih "Registrasi M-Banking" >> klik tombol "Next"
• Pada kolom "User ID anda:" isi sesuai keinginan anda bebas seperti contoh pada gambar saya isikan "M-Elektroz"
• Pada kolom "Password anda:" isi bebas sesuai keinginan anda misal "5676@JKLJL" lebih panjang lebih bagus atau bisa gunakan simbol untuk menjaga memperkuat keamanan, tapi awas jangan sampai lupa !!!
• Pada kolom "Ulangi Password anda:" isikan ulang sandi pada kolom sebelumnya
• Pada kolom "No.Kartu + Seq.Number" isi sesuai nomor kartu ditambah nomor sequence kartu Share-e atau ATM Muamalat anda (nomor kartu jumlahnya 16 angka dan no sequence jumlah 2 angka). Dalam gambar diatas saya masukan nomor kartu 6017869094556767 ditambah no sequence 01 jadi "601786909455676701"
• Pada kolom "Nama dari kartu" isikan nama sesuai tercantum pada rekening anda atau sesuai yng tercantum pada kartu ATM Muamalat anda, untuk contoh saya masukan "Iwan Setiawan"
• Pada kolom "Nomor PIN anda" isi sesuai PIN kartu ATM anda, contoh saya masukan "556787"
• Pada kolom "Nomor Handphone" isi sesuai nomor kartu handphone milik anda sendiri (masukan dengan menyertakan kode negara atau buang angka 0 ganti dengan 62), sebagai contoh 085221692002 buang angka 0 tambah angka 62 jadi masukan "6285221692002"
• Selanjutnya klik tombol "Next" jika anda memasukan data dengan benar proses registrasi sudah selesai akan ada konfirmasi ucapan selamat.
• Setelah itu anda diminta untuk "Login" atau masuk ke akun anda untuk menggunakan semua layanan MuamalatMobile, caranya masukan User ID dan Password sesuai dengan yang telah anda buat sebelumnya. Sampai disini anda telah terdaftar dan bisa menggunakan fasilitas MuamalatMobile kapan saja dan dimana saja anda berada.

Masalah yang bisa terjadi pada proses registrasi dan solusinya

Masalah ini bisa terjadi pada merek dan type ponsel tertentu, masalah yang ditimbulkan yaitu tidak bisa memasukan nomor lebih dari 10 angaka pada kolom "No.Kartu + Seq.Number" dan pada kolom "Nomor Handphone", sedangkan yang akan kita masukan pada kolom "No.Kartu + Seq.Number" adalah 18 angka dan pada kolom "Nomor Handphone" adalah 13 angka.

Untuk permasalahan tersebut saya menemukan cara ampuh untuk menanggulangi kelainan tersebut yaitu dengan langkah-langkah berikut:

• Jalankan aplikasi MuamalatMobile
• Masuk ke menu registrasi M-Banking
• Masukan data yang diperlukan pada pendaftaran, untuk kolom "No.Kartu + Seq.Number" dan pada kolom "Nomor Handphone" biarkan dulu.
• Minimize atau minimalkan aplikasi MuamalatMobile dengan cara menekan tombol sambil ditahan "panah kembali" pada sony ericsson, pada nokia dengan menekan tombol "tutup telepon"
• Buka "Tulis Pesan" >> tulis dalam pesan baru tersebut No.Kartu + Seq.Number
• Copy No.Kartu + Seq.Number yang telah anda tulis pada pesan
• Maximize atau maxsimalkan aplikasi MuamalatMobile klik kolom "No.Kartu + Seq.Number" paste No.Kartu + Seq.Number yang telah anda copy sebelumnya. Untuk memasukan Nomor Handphone juga caranya sama.
• Setelah semua kolom terisi klik "Next" maka anda sekarang sudah terdaftar dan ucapan selamatpun menghampiri anda.
